During the summer, CYT Phoenix offers week-long musical theater day camps featuring fully licensed productions for students ages 4–18. This intentional focus allows students of all ages to experience the joy and responsibility of working on a real, scripted show—from first rehearsal to final performance—within a supportive camp setting.
Our camps are designed to be a fun, energetic immersion into musical theater, combining games, activities, and interactive workshops that build performance skills, self-confidence, and teamwork. Camp offerings span every age and stage of development, from Bitties Camps (ages 4–6) that gently introduce singing, dancing, and acting, to Kids Camps (ages 7–12) that rehearse and perform a full musical, and Teen Camps (ages 13–18) that provide more advanced, fast-paced rehearsal experiences and leadership opportunities.
Each camp week includes age-appropriate training in acting, music, and movement, along with collaborative rehearsals that culminate in a showcase performance for family and friends. By producing licensed shows throughout the summer, CYT Phoenix is able to offer multiple meaningful performance opportunities, allowing students to grow, try new roles, and build confidence onstage.
CYT Summer Camps are all about fun, friendships, and theatrics, and many families make them a favorite summer tradition.

CYT Phoenix is seeking enthusiastic and responsible interns to assist our directors, music directors, and choreographers during summer camps. Interns must be 14 years or older at the time of camp and available for the full week(s) they are applying for.
We will accept two interns per creative team, giving students a hands-on opportunity to learn, lead, and support younger performers in a fun and collaborative environment.
All interns will receive a certificate documenting volunteer hours, perfect for school and college applications.

The purpose of CYT Phoenix's scholarship fund is to provide full or partial scholarships for one class to qualified applicants during one session at CYT Phoenix. Please note, scholarships are for camp/class tuition only. We are happy to be able to provide scholarship opportunities for families in need through our scholarship fund!
