CYT's Landing the Role class for youths ages 12-18 will prepare students for the callback process by enhancing their ability to make strong character choices, work collaboratively, and adapt to direction. Through scene work, cold reading, improvisation, and mock callbacks including dance calls, students will gain hands-on experience in responding to feedback and building chemistry with scene partners. The class emphasizes risk-taking, growth, and confidence, providing a supportive environment where students can refine their audition techniques and better understand the expectations of a callback.
